Terms of Service
The plain-language agreement for using NavPeer Resume. The short version: be honest, you own your content, and you can leave any time.

1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using NavPeer Resume ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; we'll note the date of the latest change at the top of this page.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.
3. You own your content
Everything you create on NavPeer Resume — your resumes, cover letters, and the information in them — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, rendering previews, generating PDFs, and saving your work). You can export or delete your content at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use NavPeer Resume honestly and lawfully. In particular, you agree not to:
- Fabricate employment history, qualifications, or credentials.
- Use the Service to send spam or harass others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
Our full Acceptable Use Policy has more detail. Violating it may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Plans and payments
NavPeer Resume offers a free plan and optional paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance and you can cancel any time; cancellation stops future billing and your account moves to the free plan at the end of the period. Your documents are never deleted when you downgrade — some premium features simply lock.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Termination
You can stop using NavPeer Resume and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you can export your content first; after deletion, your data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
