Privacy Policy

We built NavPeer Resume so you can job hunt without trading away your privacy. We don't sell your data, and we never share it with recruiters or third parties for marketing. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have.

We collect only what's needed to run the Service:

• Account data: your name, email, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Content you create: resumes, cover letters, job applications, and the details inside them.
• Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the app is used, to help us improve it.

We use your information to provide and improve the Service — saving your work, generating documents, matching jobs, and keeping your account secure. We never use the content of your resumes to train models or to sell to advertisers.

Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and protected with row-level security, so your records are only ever accessible by you. Connections are encrypted in transit (TLS), and access to production systems is restricted and logged.

You're in control of your data. At any time you can:

• Access and export everything you've created.
• Edit or correct your information.
• Delete individual documents or your entire account.

If you're covered by GDPR or CCPA, these rights include data portability and the right to be forgotten. Email support@navpeer.com to make a request and we'll action it promptly.

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand usage. You can read the details and manage your preferences in our Cookie Policy.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete content or close your account, we remove the associated data from our active systems, with short-lived backups expiring shortly after.
