Acceptable Use Policy
How to use NavPeer Resume responsibly. The short version: be honest, don't spam, and don't abuse the platform or other people.
Last updated: June 2026
1. The spirit of this policy
NavPeer Resume exists to help people present their real selves at their best. This policy keeps the platform safe and trustworthy for everyone. Using the Service means agreeing to these rules.
2. Be honest
The single most important rule: don't lie. Our tools — including the AI writer — are designed to phrase your genuine experience clearly, never to invent it. You must not:
- Fabricate jobs, titles, dates, or employers.
- Claim qualifications, degrees, or certifications you don't hold.
- Misrepresent someone else's work or identity as your own.
3. Don't misuse the platform
To keep NavPeer Resume reliable and safe, you agree not to:
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or use the Service to harass anyone.
- Upload malware or content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringing.
- Attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Access another user's account or data without permission.
4. AI tools, used responsibly
Our AI assists with wording and structure. You remain responsible for the accuracy of everything on your resume and in your applications. Always review AI-generated suggestions and make sure they reflect the truth before you send them.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy. Serious or repeated violations — especially fabricated credentials or spam — may lead to permanent account termination. Where appropriate, we'll give notice and a chance to put things right.
6. Reporting abuse
If you see misuse of NavPeer Resume, tell us at support@navpeer.com. We take reports seriously and investigate promptly.
